1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Card Commander Pro (“the Site”), located at cardcommander.pro, and any services, features, or content offered through it (collectively, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MechAddict — Card Commander Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or at least 16 if you are located in the EU/EEA).
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
To access certain features (deck builder, marketplace, community, etc.), you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
- Notify us immediately at privacy@mechaddict.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Username Policy
Usernames must not be offensive, impersonate another person or brand, or violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove or reclaim usernames at our discretion.
3.3 Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
4. Use of the Service
4.1 Permitted Uses
You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment, including:
- Browsing the card database and set information
- Building and saving decks using the Deck Builder
- Participating in the community feed and forums
- Using the marketplace to buy or sell Gundam TCG cards
- Reading news and event information
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Scrape, crawl, spider, or use automated tools to extract data from the Site without prior written consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, servers, or networks.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited communications.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Use the Service to engage in any commercial activity not expressly permitted by these Terms.
Violations may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to applicable authorities.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
All content on Card Commander Pro — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, data compilations, and software — is the property of MechAddict or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
5.2 Gundam Franchise
Card Commander Pro is an independent fan resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai, Sunrise Inc., or any related entity. All Gundam-related trademarks, characters, card artwork, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners. We make no claim of ownership over any Gundam intellectual property.
Card images and game content are used for fan, educational, and reference purposes only. If you are a rights holder and have a concern, please contact us at privacy@mechaddict.com.
5.3 User-Generated Content
By submitting content to the Service (deck names, descriptions, community posts, reviews, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service. You retain ownership of your content but represent that you have the right to grant this license.
We are not responsible for user-generated content and reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Marketplace Terms
The Card Commander Pro Marketplace allows approved sellers to list Gundam TCG cards and buyers to purchase them. By participating in the Marketplace, you agree to the additional terms in this section.
6.1 Sellers
- You must apply and be approved as a verified seller before listing items.
- All listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading.
- You are solely responsible for the items you list, their condition, and fulfilling orders you accept.
- You agree to ship items promptly and communicate with buyers in good faith.
- We reserve the right to remove any listing or suspend any seller account for policy violations.
- Sellers are responsible for applicable taxes on their sales.
6.2 Buyers
- All purchases are made directly between buyers and sellers. Card Commander Pro is a platform facilitator, not a party to the transaction.
- Review listing details carefully before purchasing.
- Contact the seller directly to resolve order disputes. If a resolution cannot be reached, contact us for mediation.
6.3 Fees
We may charge platform fees on marketplace transactions. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed at the time of listing or purchase. Fees are subject to change with notice.
6.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Coinbase Commerce). We do not store raw payment credentials. All payment activity is subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment processor.
6.5 Prohibited Items
You may not list items that are:
- Counterfeit, bootleg, or unauthorized reproductions
- Stolen property
- In violation of any applicable law
- Unrelated to Gundam TCG or card gaming
7. Subscriptions, Pricing & Refunds
Some features or access tiers on the Service may be offered on a paid basis. Where applicable:
- Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted.
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
- Refund requests for digital goods or services are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Contact privacy@mechaddict.com for refund inquiries.
8. SMS / Text Message Communications
8.1 Consent to Receive SMS
By providing your phone number during account registration and checking the marketing consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from MechAddict — Card Commander Pro. These messages may include:
- Event announcements and tournament updates
- New card set releases and news
- Promotional offers and exclusive deals
- Newsletter highlights and community updates
- Other information related to Card Commander Pro
Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
8.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4–6 messages per month, though frequency may increase during major events or product launches.
8.3 Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. MechAddict — Card Commander Pro is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.
8.4 Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message from us
- Emailing privacy@mechaddict.com with your opt-out request
- Updating your communication preferences in your account settings
After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation text. No further promotional SMS messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.
8.5 Help
Reply HELP to any of our SMS messages for assistance, or email us at privacy@mechaddict.com.
8.6 Carrier Liability
Participating carriers may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8.7 SMS Data
Phone numbers used for SMS communications will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
9. Affiliate Disclosures
Card Commander Pro participates in affiliate programs, including the TCGPlayer Affiliate Program (via Impact.com). When you click certain links on our site and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Affiliate links are used to help support the site and keep Card Commander Pro free for the community. We only recommend products and services we believe are relevant to our users.
Prices and availability of products linked through affiliate programs are subject to change at the discretion of the respective merchant.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
Your use of third-party services is governed by those parties’ terms and policies. We encourage you to review them before engaging.

12.2 Fan Site Disclaimer
Card Commander Pro is a fan-operated site. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any card data, pricing information, rules interpretations, or game-related content. Always refer to official Bandai sources for authoritative game information.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MechAddict — Card Commander Pro, its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Damages arising from unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information
- Damages arising from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components transmitted through the Service
- Damages arising from content or conduct of any third party on or through the Service
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) $50 USD or (b) the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MechAddict — Card Commander Pro and its operators, affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit to the Service
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
- Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where prohibited by law.
You waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit in connection with any dispute.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements posted on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and MechAddict — Card Commander Pro regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
